Narrative

An employee sustained a right arm injury requiring hospitalization while cleaning a conveyor belt in the raw processing area. The employee was crouched and cleaning the bottom area of the conveyor when he lost his balance and attempted to stop falling forward. His glove was caught in the moving conveyor belt and pulled his arm in and under the belt.
