Narrative

An employee was transferring product from a top tote tank to the bottom tote tank when the leg of the top tote tank shifted causing the top tote tank to pinch the employee's right thumb between the top tote tank and the bottom tote tank spark arrestor. The employee suffered a partial amputation to his right thumb.
