On 3/5/17, an employee was walking on a walkway over a tank holding wash fluid (water + alkaline substance) to unclog/adjust spray nozzles. The employee fell through the walkway floor into a tank that was approximately four feet deep. The employee was treated for broken ribs and admitted to the hospital for additional treatment after reporting increased pain and difficulty breathing.
