Narrative

An employee was attempting to replace a belt on the pulley system in the bagging area. The machine was stopped when the employee pulled on the pulley. Due to high tension on the belt, the employee's right hand was pulled between the belt and pulley resulting in amputation of the first two fingertips on the right hand.
