Narrative

An employee was hospitalized after his left arm was caught inside the hose of a high pressure vacuum while the employee was collecting abrasive blasting debris on a bridge. The employee suffered from severe swelling and inflammation of his left arm, from the upper biceps to the hand while cleaning the hose of the high pressure vacuum.
