Narrative

An employee was driving a stand up pallet jack along the shipping lane. When she stepped out of the pallet jack while it was in motion, her ankle was caught between the angle iron and the pallet jack's platform resulting in a compound fracture to her right ankle. The injured employee was admitted to the hospital.
