Narrative
An employee suffered a fingertip amputation while working with conduit on a concrete floor. The injured employee was manually bracing a piece of metal conduit while another employee applied pressure to bend it. The conduit rolled and caught the injured employee's finger between the conduit and the concrete floor resulting in amputation of the left middle fingertip.
