Narrative

An employee was inspecting his 18-wheeler while it was parked on a truck weigh scale. The employee was climbing in or out of the tractor when his foot was caught on the scale railing, causing him to fall to the ground and fracture his tibia/fibula. He required hospitalization and surgery.
