Narrative

On March 24, 2017, an employee was spotting a front-end loader that was loading barrier walls onto a low boy trailer when one of the barrier walls (12 feet long, weighing about 5,000 pounds) fell on his ankle and fractured his left leg. He was hospitalized and his leg was amputated below his knee.
