Narrative

On March 27, 2017, at approximately 12:00 p.m., an employee was on the existing roof of the high school with a coworker, cutting a hole in that roof for the installation of an HVAC unit. He then stepped into the hole and fell to the floor approximately 15 feet below, suffering fractures to his hip and pelvis and contusions to the head and both hands. He was hospitalized.
