Narrative

An employee was inside a stationary scissor lift, loading windows into the lift basket from a wooden box on a nearby all terrain forklift, when he exited the scissor lift to retrieve a window he could not reach and fell 6 to 8 feet to the ground below. He suffered a broken wrist, nose, and back.
