Narrative

On March 29, 2017, an employee was moving a roll of steel coil with a coil caddy and crane. The employee saw the coil tipping and tried to stop if from tipping over. As the coil tipped, the employee's left hand was caught between the coil caddy and steel coil, amputating the first and second fingers and breaking the third finger.
