Narrative

The injured employee was setting cribbing for the landing of c-channel shaped metal material on the ground. The injured employee was standing next to the powered industrial truck that held the stacked material that was going onto the cribbing when the stacked material rolled onto the employee's left leg resulting in a fractured ankle.
