Narrative

An employee was tightening straps to secure drill rods to the rack on the side of a drill rig. The drill rig operator was unaware that the employee's hand was on the drill rod rack and moved the drill rig, catching the employee's hand between the rig and rack. He suffered a dislocated wrist and damaged ligaments, requiring surgery.
