Narrative

An employee was climbing a vertical metal ladder. When he stepped over a bar, he hit the back of his head, which caused him to fall backwards 1 to 1.5 feet, landing on the ground. He suffered nerve pain, bilateral arm weakness, and a pinched nerved in his neck.
