Narrative

An employee was at a commercial jobsite operating a skid steer. After spreading seed in the area, the employee was getting off the skid steer when his jacket became caught on the seat and he fell about 4 to 5 feet the ground. He fell on his left side, striking and breaking his left ankle against the track of the steer.
