Narrative

On May 8, 2017, around 9:00 a.m., an employee was cutting tree limbs away from power lines. He was repositioning himself in the tree 45- to 60-feet high when the limb he was tied off to broke and he fell to the ground. He was hospitalized with a collapsed lung, pelvic injuries, and back injuries that required surgery.
