Narrative

On May 09, 2017, an employee had dismounted a tugger and was hooking carts onto it when a second tugger passed by. The second tugger's carts broke loose and struck the employee. The employee was knocked to the ground and suffered a laceration on the right foot and a fracture to the right knee.
