Narrative

An employee and a coworker were installing a new cable line at a house. The employee climbed a ladder to cut the old dropline loose. While descending the ladder, the employee fell approximately 5 to 10 feet and hit the concrete sidewalk with the left side of the body. The employee was hospitalized.
