Narrative

An employee was sitting outside on a stack of pallets. There was a 4' X 5' sheet of 1/4" thick plastic leaning against the wall. The wind caught the sheet of plastic and lifted it up into the air. The sheet then came down on the back of employee's head, causing a slight skull fracture.
