Narrative

An employee was driving a company truck to a job site when he got lost and was trying to find another route. As he was trying to find his way, the truck entered the soft shoulder of the roadway. He overcorrected the vehicle and it rolled over. He suffered a concussion and a bruised clavicle and chest.
