Narrative

On June 5, 2017, an employee was rebuilding a bench cylinder when pressure began building in the cylinder and released. The cylinder then struck the employee in the abdomen and pushed the employee into a locker. The employee suffered internal bleeding and crushing injuries, requiring hospitalization.
