Narrative

An employee was operating a cant sorter when the block belt became jammed by a small block of wood that had been trimmed off a cant. The employee was attempting to free up the jammed material when it broke free. The conveyor then pulled the employee's right arm underneath the conveyor belt and roller, breaking it. The conveyor was not locked/tagged out at the time.
