Narrative

An employee was attempting to move a portable light tower for transport. She had raised four outriggers and had the connector beam (tongue) on the hitch of the truck that she was connecting the light tower to for transport when the portable light tower and the connector beam (tongue) fell onto her foot, fracturing two toes.
