Narrative

A temporary employee was operating an electric forklift to move stacked pallets of cardboard boxes. During travel, he stopped his forklift, got off, and attempted to manually push the stacked pallets. One of the pallets then fell on top of him, injuring his neck and/or back and requiring surgery.
