Narrative

An employee was removing gutters. The employee stepped off a ladder onto the roof to remove a screw from the gutter, disturbed a wasp nest, and was stung repeatedly causing the employee to fall 15 feet from the roof edge. The employee was hospitalized for a laceration on the forehead.
