Narrative

The employee had finished cleaning and sanitizing the icing machine and was moving the icing machine back into its operational position on a fry line. The employee lost balance and grabbed the machine to prevent falling. While attempting to gain balance, the employee suffered a partial amputation to the left middle finger pad.
