Narrative

On July 12, 2017, at approximately 3:00 p.m., an employee was using a sling to remove an oil cooler from an engine. As he started to move the cooler sideways, it became unbalanced and flipped out of the sling. It fell approximately 5 feet, hit the concrete, tipped to the side, and impacted the employee's left leg.
