Narrative

An employee was using a core cutting machine to finish a 3-foot-diameter cut when the machine's top cover came loose and rotated into a hydraulic line. The line then whipped and struck the employee's leg, while the cover struck his back. He suffered leg and back lacerations and was hospitalized.
