On 7/26/2017, an employee was working on the forms and finishing concrete of curbs / sidewalks / driveways at a worksite. At the end of the workday, the employee started to experience cramping in their hands and legs. On 7/27/2017, the employee was admitted to the hospital for heat exhaustion.
