Narrative

An employee was loading a drum roller onto a truck when the roller fell off the side of the truck. When the roller fell, the employee was launched out of the truck seat. He landed on his right shoulder and neck, suffering C7 neck fractures and two broken ribs. He was hospitalized and had surgery.
