Narrative

An employee was unplugging beans from the squeezer at a waste pit. The employee put a 2x4 through an access window to break up the bridged beans. The 2x4 caught on the auger and slammed up against the waste pit chute. The employee's left ring fingertip was then pinched and amputated between the 2x4 and the waste pit chute.
