Narrative

On August 7, 2017, at approximately 2:30PM, employees were coming down from the roof for a break. An employee unhooked the harness of their personal fall arrest equipment to come down the ladder, lost footing and fell approximately 24 feet to the ground below. The employee suffered a broken femur, broken wrist, punctured lung, and a fractured hip.
