Narrative

On August 8, 2017, at approximately 2:50 p.m., an employee tripped on a pallet inside the trailer of a delivery truck. As he fell, he reached for the rope that pulls the door down and his left hand became entangled in the rope. The injury resulted in a left ring fingertip amputation.
