Narrative

On August 8, 2017, an employee was unloading feed from a truck to bins when an auger arm exiting the truck became bogged down. As he went to open or close the door of the auger, his left hand was caught in the auger, amputating his index, middle, and ring fingers and crushing his pinky finger.
