On August 10, 2017, an employee was taking fall protection system anchors to the roof while using a ladder when the employee either fell from the ladder while placing the anchors onto the perimeter wall or while accessing the roof. The employee fell more than 20 feet to the ground and suffered a head injury, requiring hospitalization.
