Narrative

An employee was working on the molding machine when it jammed. The employee shut down the machine and attempted to remove the jammed piece. The machine's bottom head was still rotating and amputated the employee's left index fingertip and avulsed the left middle finger. The employee's left palm was also lacerated from the middle finger to the small finger (pinky).
