Narrative

An employee was using a push bar to move a 260-pound piece of scrap from a 42-inch high table into a scrap bin. The push bar hit another piece of scrap, and the scrap piece rolled off the table and hit his right ankle, fracturing his distal fibula and medial malleolus.
