Narrative

An employee exited a vehicle to speak with a customer and then noticed the vehicle was moving. While attempting to get back into the vehicle, the employee was struck by the door and then run over by the vehicle, suffering tissue damage to the right leg. The employee was hospitalized overnight and had surgery.
