Narrative

On 9/18/2017, an employee was installing a residential roof and tearing off layers of the roof's pitch. While throwing a bundle of shingles to the ground, the employee fell about 17 feet to the ground, injuring the wrist and lower back. Fall protection was not used at the time of the incident.
