Narrative

An employee was attempting to climb a ladder onto a trailer when he slipped, tried to catch himself, and placed his right hand between the ladder and the trailer. His weight caused the space between the ladder and the trailer to flatten, and his right pinky finger was caught and partially amputated between the ladder and trailer.
