Narrative

On September 29, 2017, at 4:30 PM, an employee was kneeling and setting up a hydraulic compacting press with his left hand on the control panel. As he moved to the standing position, his left hand flipped the core rod switch into the down mode. The core rods then moved down and partially amputated his right little finger.
