Narrative

An employee was monitoring a tag line while a blade of a wind turbine was being hoisted in the air. The tag line came undone and struck the employee in the chest sending the employee 15 feet in the air. The employee suffered two skull fractures, two broken arms, a neck fracture, and a broken rib.
