Narrative

An employee was scraping wallpaper off the wall in an apartment while standing on a kitchen countertop. As he was descending from the countertop onto a step ladder, he lost his balance and fell about 3 feet to the floor, breaking his right hip, spraining his right wrist, and straining his right shoulder. He was hospitalized.
