Narrative

On October 22, 2017, at approximately 8:30 PM, an in-bounder was operating a reach lift truck, when the operator lost control, stuck his foot out, and pinched his left foot between the truck and a concrete bollard. The operator suffered a left foot heel avulsion fracture.
