Narrative

An employee was on top of a trailer tarping a load. As he was stepping down, his right foot was caught in the plastic tarp. He tripped and fell off the top of the load, landing on the ground and suffering an open distal radius fracture with radiocarpal dislocation and an L2 compression fracture.
