Narrative

An employee was standing on a step ladder while arranging a plywood covering to protect the asphalt shingles of a townhouse roof. The plywood slid down the slope of the roof and struck the employee, knocking the employee off the step ladder to the concrete ground. The employee suffered a head injury, concussion, and brain hemorrhage, requiring hospitalization.
