Narrative

An employee was assisting with carpet roll wrapping. He was starting to roll on the wrap cradle when his hands were caught in loose carpet and pulled into the wrap cradle. He suffered bilateral contusions to both arms, muscle trauma, and an avulsion to the right side of his face near his eye.
