Narrative

On 10/17/2017, an employee was disassembling scaffolding and unbolted a section of the tower using wrenches. As he started to climb down, he grabbed the loose section of the tower and it gave way. He then fell about 12 feet to ground, fracturing a vertebra and both heels.
