Narrative

An employee was cleaning a burr off of rectangular metal with a wire brush machine when the employee's glove became caught in the machine. The employee's hand was then pulled into the machine, scraping skin off the bottom of the hand and the pinky and ring fingers. The employee was hospitalized.
